After a long cooperation with Brazilian Dermatology Centers, Dr. Kroumpouzos was appointed Professor of Dermatology, Collaborator, at Jundiaí Medical School, Sao Paulo, Brazil as of August 2016. This collaboration will include several projects in cosmetic and medical dermatology.
Dr. Kroumpouzos delivered well-received lectures on cosmetic topics, including Management of Melasma and its Complications, Lasers and Lights for Rosacea, and Voluma vs. Radiesse at the 11th World Congress of the International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology (IACD), in Panama City, June 23-25, 2016.
The Spanish and Portuguese editions of Text Atlas of Obstetric Dermatology have been published. Additionally, the volume Advances in Obstetric Dermatology of Clinics in Dermatology was published in May 2016. We would like to thank the respective Publishers, Lippincott, Almoca, DiLivros, and Elsevier, for the successful completion of these editorial projects.
Dr. Kroumpouzos spoke on Nail Disorders in Pregnancy at the 20th Annual Nail Council Scientific Meeting in Washington, DC, on March 3, 2015. He then spoke on Dyspigmentation from Drugs at the Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) on March 6, 2015.
